About the service

My Vet Store provides technology and online-shopping services designed to connect pet owners with product ranges made available through participating veterinary clinics.

Product availability, clinic participation and access requirements may vary between veterinary practices.

Customer accounts

Some parts of My Vet Store require you to sign in using an authorised customer account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for taking reasonable steps to protect access to your account.

You must not attempt to access another person's account, clinic store or information without authorisation.

Clinic-connected access

Product catalogues and prices are not available through the public My Vet Store website.

Customers access products through a participating veterinary clinic. Where clinic approval is required, customers must request and receive approval before that clinic's product range becomes available.

Participating clinics may determine which products are offered through their clinic-connected store.

Veterinary information and advice

My Vet Store is an online retail and technology service. It is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment or professional advice.

Product information made available through the service should not be interpreted as individual veterinary advice.

If you have questions about your pet's health, medication, treatment or suitability of a product, you should contact your veterinarian.

Products and availability

We aim to provide accurate product information, but product descriptions, packaging, availability, specifications and images may change from time to time.

Products may be removed, replaced, restricted or temporarily unavailable without notice.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability and successful completion of the applicable checkout process.

Prices, taxes, shipping charges, discounts and the final order total will be shown through the checkout process where applicable.

We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud or other circumstances that prevent fulfilment.

If all or part of an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, the corresponding amount paid will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment provider's processing arrangements.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is subject to the shipping information presented at checkout and our published Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Acceptable use

You must not use My Vet Store to:

• engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
• scrape, copy or misuse restricted product, clinic or customer information; or
• use the service in a way that may harm My Vet Store, a participating clinic or another user.

Third-party services

Parts of My Vet Store rely on third-party platforms and service providers, including commerce, authentication, payment, fulfilment, delivery, hosting and email services.

Those services may also be subject to their own terms, policies and availability.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the My Vet Store name, branding, website content, software and associated materials are owned by or licensed to My Vet Store.

You may not reproduce or commercially use those materials except as permitted by law or with appropriate permission.

Changes to the service or these Terms

My Vet Store may evolve over time. We may update features, processes, policies or these Terms as the service develops.

Updated Terms will apply to use of the service and orders placed from the time they become effective. They do not retrospectively alter rights or obligations arising from an order placed before that time, except where required by law.

Applicable law

These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable Australian law.
