Why can’t I browse products on the public website?+
My Vet Store is built around the relationship between pet owners and their veterinary clinic. Product ranges are therefore only visible after a customer has been connected to a participating clinic, approved where required, and signed in.
How do I request access to My Vet Store?+
Your veterinary clinic will provide its own My Vet Store link. Follow that clinic-specific link, sign in or create your customer account, and request access through the clinic’s store.
Can I search My Vet Store for participating veterinary clinics?+
We do not publish a public directory of participating clinics. If your veterinary clinic offers My Vet Store, please use the store link provided directly by the clinic.
Who decides which products I can see?+
Each participating veterinary clinic controls the product range made available through its My Vet Store experience.
I already have access. How do I get back into my account?+
Use Customer Login from the My Vet Store website. Once authenticated, you can continue through your approved clinic-connected shopping experience.
Why might my clinic need to approve access?+
Where clinic approval is required, it helps keep the store associated with the appropriate veterinary clinic and customer relationship.
Does My Vet Store replace my veterinarian?+
No. My Vet Store is an online shopping service designed to complement the relationship you already have with your veterinary clinic. Questions about your pet’s health, diagnosis or treatment should continue to be discussed with your veterinarian.
