Why do I have to register?
MyVetStore is a customised online store provided exclusively through participating veterinary clinics. Each clinic independently sets its own pricing, return, and refund policies.
In accordance with veterinary regulations, prescription products and veterinary-approved diets may only be sold to clients who have an established relationship with the clinic and whose pets have been examined by one of its veterinarians. As a result, all MyVetStore users must be registered clients of their participating veterinary clinic.
How do I register?
Creating an account is quick and easy. Simply click Create New Account and enter your full name, email address, phone number, and the name of your veterinary clinic. Once your registration has been submitted, you will receive an email prompting you to verify your account and create your password.
Will you ever send me junk emails?
Never. We understand how annoying unsolicited emails can be, and we respect your inbox. We will only send emails that are directly related to your account, orders, or important information from your veterinary clinic. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties, and you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery is currently free for all eligible orders. As we continue to grow our network of participating clinics, we are delighted to offer complimentary local delivery to our clients.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
At the moment, all of our deliveries are set for "no signature required". Should you have any special requests, these are be made upon check out.
